Reconditioned Locker ROTEX Vibratory Sieve

For fast, efficient and accurate separation of any particulate material

Our reconditioned ROTEX vibratory sieves are self-contained production screening machines for separating dry materials by particle size. The unsorted material is shaken through a series of up to five mesh screens, with screening apertures as fine as 25 microns. The unique gyratory motion of the horizontal screen surface, combined with the action of bouncing balls to dislodge trapped particles (providing an efficient screen mesh cleaning system), ensures these machines give consistently sharp and well defined separations, even when handling large capacities.

Two basic models are available: General purpose (GP) - with wooden frames and dust-tight wooden cover.

Automatic mesh tensioning (A) - with metal frames and quick release aluminium cover.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We stock reconditioned models using a stainless steel pan (screen box), suitable for use in food and pharmaceutical industries, etc., as well as those containing a mild steel pan for applications with less demanding standards. All sieves can be modified to suit your specific requirements.
