Circular Vibratory Sieves For efficient bulk material processing We supply both new and reconditioned circular vibratory sieves and tumbler screening machines. The action of the tumbler screening machine mimics the motion of hand screening, with a combination of a gentle tossing action and a circular movement. This causes the finer particles to pass through the screen, the larger ones being retained according to the mesh size. A series of screens with decreasing mesh apertures results in the separation of different sized particles. A gyratory motion causes the material to move in a spiral across the screen, which results in the efficient separation of similar sized particles.
