We supply both new and reconditioned circular vibratory sieves and tumbler screening machines. The action of the tumbler screening machine mimics the motion of hand screening, with a combination of a gentle tossing action and a circular movement. This causes the finer particles to pass through the screen, the larger ones being retained according to the mesh size.

A series of screens with decreasing mesh apertures results in the separation of different sized particles. A gyratory motion causes the material to move in a spiral across the screen, which results in the efficient separation of similar sized particles.

These machines have dust tight and low noise operation.
